Picabo Goldens was founded in 1979. It has been and will continue to be our goal to produce Goldens that exemplify the AKC, UKC and CKC standard. Goldens that are sound in mind and body with the proper structure and temperament to be wonderful companions, show dogs, and working dogs.

Our philosophy is top quality not quantity. We have litters on occasion. Our dogs spend the days with us in our home and love to snuggle by the fireplace when the snow is coming down outside. Our entire family participates in the raising and caring for our dogs, which is reflected in the outcome of any pups that we produce. Our Goldens love to work, play and are always eager to please. 

We have had the privilege to breed several that are currently pursuing their careers in both field and show.
