Picabo Goldens was founded in 1979. It has been and will continue to be our goal to produce Goldens that exemplify the AKC,UKC,and CKC standard. Goldens that are sound in mind and body with the proper structure and temperament to be wonderful companions, show dogs and working dogs.
Prior to breeding our dogs must have obtained the following clearances
done by board certified veterinarians:
-OFA/Cornell/Penn Hip-Hip and Elbow Clearances
-Cerf/ Eye Clearance
-Cardiologist Clearances
** We proudly stand behind every puppy and offer a lifetime of support.
Our philosophy is top quality not quantity. We have litters from time to time, when we want to keep something back (our new show dog)
Our dogs are raised as part of the family in the house with us. Our entire family participates in the raising and caring for our pets. Our dogs are always eager to please love to work and always eager to play.
We have had the privilege to breed several that are currently pursuing their careers in Field, Show and Agility.
